Do not use this company at any cost. This is my first ever poor review and I felt I needed to do it to stop anyone else wasting their money. I explained the item they sent was of very poor quality and also never even stood straight and looked terrible when I took it out the box. It hadn’t been used only looked at. They told me they wouldn’t refund as it was over their policy time. I said but it says on your site faulty good have a longer period in which I as told no sorry I can’t help. The customer service lady Ionela Negoita just refused to escalate or report to a manager to approve return and refund then just ignored all my emails from them on. I am left £60 out of pocket with a light that looks like it’s worth £5 and even less with it not being straight when made. Never buy from this site! I will be sure never to again. Terrible company and awful customer service even when sending poor items.

I visited the showroom as I needed help converting my aquarium lights to led. Alex was extremely helpful, instead of just telling me what to do, he actually rewired it for me and tested to make sure it worked. The other staff were very pleasant and the prices are great. Highly recommended!

Extremely helpful service. I came in with a broken LED light that I was fixing for a customer and their staff gave me lots of options and made sure I got what I needed to do the job. Very knowledgeable of the products and great pricing. Will be returning for my future lighting needs

Awful. Placed an order, no updates, chased then and they advised that “one of my items is out of stock and would be in the next week”. The next week passes and chased again and asked for a refund and no response. Tried to phone over the last few days and no answer. Stay away, having to refer to PayPal to get my money back as I think they might have gone bust based on the lack of response
