Renting is crazy these days, however Smart Homes made a potentially stressful experience a great one. From first enquiry throughout the tenancy and check out it's been really good. They treated me like I matter unlike most other letting agents or landlords. I only moved due to council offer after years waiting otherwise I would have stayed as they are very professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Stayed with Smart Homes for 3 years - great experience, always friendly and helpful. As a small company they do take care of their teanants and usually address any issues very quickly. If they only had properties in the area that I currently live, I'd definitely stay with them.
