Spoke with Tracey who responded promptly, set up our survey very quickly and was very kind on the phone when I admitted that as a first time buyer I didn't really understand what a survey was for. She explained how its works, what the traffic light system means, and what type of things we may need to watch out for in the type of property we are purchasing. Survey report arrived 2 working days after survey completed. We were back and forth about the need for them but decided to add colour photos and are glad we did as really helps understand the results and any issues highlighted. Would not hesitate to use again. When getting quotes we were concerned that they seemed a bit too low in price, but service was very high quality.
