They didn’t show up for a viewing and lied about leaving a message cancelling the appointment. One week later I had a second viewing: I called an hour before to confirm that it would be happening to make sure I wouldn’t be disappointed again do I traveled there and got a call 5min after the time we agreed on for the viewing that they have to cancel again…. Thank you for wasting my time twice. Never again!!

We have been having holidays in this home for several years now, the location and views are amazing as this is the reason we always return. Unfortunately over the years the house has become worn and requires some tlc, we seem to always have some issue with the house that we report but never get sorted within our stay. We would love to return but feel some issues at the property need to be rectified. The office staff are very helpful but think they struggle with getting reliable contractors.

We have been enjoying our stay at 29A Sandbourne Road for many years now. It is very clean, comfortable, with fantastic views from the cliff top gardens and most of all, dogs are welcome. There is a short walk to the beach and the property is close to many good restaurants. Smart Home Rentals have been very efficient and responsive to our queries. Dr Ralf and Pat Trottnow.

We had a lovely weekend in Bournemouth. The house was fabulous and the view from the end of the garden spectacular.The agency was swift to reply to emails and whilst there was an initial miscommunication about the keys, this was swiftly resolved. We also had a fuse blow, and again this was resolved professionally and quickly. We will definitely be returning.

The flat we let for the weekend on Studland Road was dirty, ill equipped, and the agency’s service was APPALLING! The photos speak for themselves. When I highlighted issues to Smart Home Rentals, their response was unapologetic and defensive. Five of us stayed in the flat, and everyone is furious. This trip was a special treat and we feel really let down.

The booking process was straight forward and clear. There was a regular string of emails following the booking with useful information about key collection and check in procedure etc. Key collection was quick and straight forward with really convenient parking nearby. We picked up the keys at around 2.30pm and were informed that we could go there straight away if we wanted. Someone from the agency called in the afternoon the following day to ask whether everything was ok. The accommodation was exactly as described. The weather was bit poor on the Saturday - I'd like to blame someone for that! All in all a very positive experience and enjoyable 4 days.
