    I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Smarthair Extensions. At first I went for the consultation, and everything went okay - she was friendly and positive she could do it. However, when I tried a bit later to book a colour match appointment, I kept getting a refusal. And shortly after this, I recieved an abrupt e-mail from Roisin telling me that she had decided against doing my hair extensions because it seems she didn't think herself up to the job. I was taken aback and totally puzzled, especially as everything went well at the consultation. I sent another e-mail asking her to both explain and reconsider but the reply was just a £20 refund. Sadly, i will not be recommending this salon to anyone because I wouldn't want the possibility of them (like me) getting messed about.
