Booked to get a carpet cleaned. They arrived and promptly told me they couldn’t do it because it was upstairs. No mention of this when booking. The company agreed to refund me but it was pretty odd to be honest. Not sure how only cleaning ground floor carpets can be profitable enough?

I booked Smart Cleaning to deep clean my oven in preparation to move house. They sent me a text an hour before letting me know exactly what time they'd be here then arrived bang on time. My oven was filthy, but it only took them an hour and they did a fantastic job. My oven has never looked so clean! Really pleased and would book again.
