Their business development manager , Richard Hogarth, impressed me from the start over the phone and I could tell from all my dealings with him worked in a professional way and provided a service beyond 100%. I had no recommendations from people I knew and worked blind. The arrangements were well organised, our needs and expectations were met, the cars were fantastic and were gleaming despite inclement weather. The chauffeurs ensured our rides to and from the ceremony last weekend were smooth and calm. There are so many brokers out there and I was delighted to deal with a company directly and just was not disappointed. I did not haggle on price and just accepted the quote which was uncomplicated. I have used Smart City for two occasions and on both occasions the service has been impeccable. Both Karim and the driver Eric were highly professional and ensured both occasions ran smoothly. Both drivers attended earlier than usual to ensure pictures were taken. The cars were always exceptionally clean and the company always catered to our needs.
