Very Abusive.! Worst company to use in the UK by far, firstly rude and no customer service. I hired many cars from him before but because we went over time, Kareem the owner rang me whilst at my best friends wedding barking me to pay more for the car or it’s leaving. I was disturbed and paid the additional cost. DON’T book your car from a TYPICAL Asian. 4 months later, he’s still the same guy, abusive and swearing telling me he’s not giving me a car and to try and afford my own Rolle Royce. Wow, what Great customer service.!!!
