This place is reallly pissing me off. I am supposed to receive my security deposit by now but i havent. i called and they told me they would fix the problem but they charged me AGAIN! I've been emailing them and calling them nonstop but everything goes through voice message. If they run a hotel they should be at least pick up their phone or respond to their email promptly!!!

I visit London very often for business trip but stayed here first time for 4 days with my business partner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, excellent location, everything was so clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. But they don't have an in-house restaurant but there were many restaurants located within the vicinity, so I have no complaints. Overall great experience and will stay here again.
