AVOID!! AVOID!! SCAM ALERT!! It's taken me 10 weeks to get my money back (via Chargeback) from this DIABOLICAL company. Waited weeks for delivery and then they refused to cancel my order and delivered a different phone (along with a squashed Ferrero Rocher!!). Constant lies about refunding when they have ZERO intention of refunding anyone. Very stressful and lots of hassle. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Smart Cellular took the order for a recon phone and the money then weren't able to provide the phone. No one ever answered the helpline. No refund provided - they said by email "If the payment is still not in your account, you can open a chargeback with your card provider." This smells like a scam - avoid.
