The five stars are for one person on the staff. Idnan was wonderful and gave me the help I would have expected from Mercedes after a poor start with others. He is kind and listens to your needs. He gets 5 stars for impeccable care. Vertu Reading took too long to see how unhappy I was with their service - therefore I would rate them a 3 with hope our shared experience will make things better for the next person who wants a Smart and they will leave a 5 star review.

I went in to collect a car from this branch this morning , I was told to take a seat and get myself a coffee which was normal process , I took a seat in the service area at an empty table and did as instructed , I then got a rather rude woman ask me to relocate as they need to keep this area clear for customers , there was nobody else there , very rude horrible person , I could understand if the garage was busy, which with her manning the desk scaring people away I very much doubt it , she needs to brush up on her people skills because she obviously has none
