LAST YEAR I HAD THE GREAT FORTUNE IN FINDING SMART AERIALS NAME, AFTER READING SOME OUTSTANDING REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR PROFESSIONAL WORK. iNDEED THEY CAME TO MY FLAT AND CARRIED OUT WORK, I HAD REQUESTED , TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD INDEED, AT A REASONABLE COST. THEN ON MONDAY OF THIS WEEK I PHONED SMART AERIALS AGAIN AS I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MY NEW SONY SMART TV, OF WHICH WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, BUT SONY COULD NOT FIND ANY ISSUES WITH THE TV, DESPITE HAVING IT IN THIER WORKSHOP FOR A MONTH ! TOM ARRIVED, TOOK HIS SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR, AND STAYED WITH ME, AND MY TV FOR OVER AN HOUR, AND FIXING ALL ISSUES THAT THE GREAT SONY COMPANY COULD NOT. HE SPENT TIME SITTING DOWN AND TALKING OVER THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING AND IN KNOWN TIME FOUND A SOLUTION, IT WAS WITH THE ROUTER SETTINGS !!!!!! IT IS TRUE PROFESSIONALS LIKE TOM AND HIS TEAM, AND WITH THE WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE ACHIEVED OVER MANY YEARS, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND SMART AERIALS TO ANYONE, THEY SHOW EMPATHY, KINDNESS AND ARE CLEAN AND TIDY !!! i HAVE NOTED ON HIS WEBSITE HE HAS RECEIVED A FEW UNWELCOME REVIEWS, THIS I ASSUME IS FROM OTHER COMPETITORS THAT ARE JEALOUS OF HIS OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM. FROM A VERY, VERY PLEASED PENSIONER, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, RISE ABOVE THOSE THAT DO NOT KNOW YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL.
