  Would highly recommend! The team are very experienced, know exactly when to whip your tyre warmers off and get you out without them going cold before you hit the track Any tweaks to the bike to suit you are no problem, great communication and service with a smile. Thanks Guys

  So, the question posed is "What would you recommend about Small Boy track bikes? Firstly, let’s clear up that there is nothing “Small” about the service, bikes offered, or sense of humour offered from Matt and the team. The small reference is to Matt’s height 😊 You turn up and your treated like royalty, it’s not just a turn up and ride. It’s like a community. Matt is genuinely interested in how you are, how the bike is setup or anything he can do to help. I am spiritual, and Matt always gives off a lovely vibe. He even has allowed me to burn Incense near the hire bikes, during my spiritual meditation periods. I left a glowing review on his previous Facebook page; however, Matt is an expert at bikes, racing, track bike hire. However perhaps IT isn’t his forte or managing FB pages? Ha-ha One of my friends was lucky enough to win a competition that Matt was offering. The prize was a whole day on any bike you wanted and circuit he would be at. Matt rolled out the red carpet for my friend for a whole day at Mallory Park on one of the Ninja 636’s. My friend had an amazing day and couldn’t believe how good the bike was along with the service. At the end of the day even tried giving Matt some money towards the day so he wasn’t out of pocket. He wouldn’t accept this. Matt is constantly helping other people behind the scenes, a lot of this isn’t seen or appreciated so the goal of this post it to highlight how fantastic Small Boy track bikes is. A lot of people are concerned about damaging the bikes, ££ etc. Rightly so any damage must be paid for. However, when bikes have been damaged, I am always so impressed with how fairly Matt deals with the pricing. The time involved stripping parts, taking tanks / fairings to body shops isn’t covered by the bill for damage. Best not to ask for an itemised bill as I am sure the fairness approach might go out the window and full business mode will engage, rightly so. This is sucked up by Matt as he appreciated track bike hire comes with accidents. However, all he asks is you respect his bikes, and he’ll look after you. The last hire Matt stated he was increasing his prices slightly and rightly so. Hard times / cost of living / inflation all needs to be accounted for these days and the amount of driving he does ferrying the track bikes around, it’s a wonder he has any money with the cost of fuel. Let alone track daytime added on! He offered to keep my hire at the old pricing structure, not a massive price difference but the fact he offered this is testament to what a genuine bloke he is. Matt assists our friends regularly supplying track bikes, parts etc always a fantastic service offered. My last hires from Matt were at Portimão and Cartagena. And I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again in the future. I am pursuing my own bikes on track now, but fully thank Matt for allowing me to Experience such a fine bike / time abroad that now I am hooked on European track days, with the goal of completing all the Europeans tracks and further afield. Small boy track bikes is the best bike hire company out there, without a shadow of a doubt. The pride Matt takes in the bikes is impeccable. I’ve had to tell him off at times for cleaning the bikes so much, the paint was starting to thin out 😉 Believe it or not you may be questioning my vested interest in this with such a glowing review? However, this is not the case. I am so impressed and regard Matt so highly that this has come from the heart. There are a lot of people / companies out there that over inflate their offerings or ability which are normally overrated trash. The companies that just exist and don’t often advertise are the best ones. Matt doesn’t need to advertise as everyone who experience his offerings and service will know how good it is. However, this is to drum up future business if you’re a bit on the fence about hiring bikes then no need to be anxious. Just book away 😊 All the best for the future in racing with yourself and Jon, you’ll ace it dude!

  Would highly recommend booking with Matt and his Team! We booked 3 days in Cartagena. We had some intermittent weather and they worked tirelessly changing tires multiple times to help us maximize track time. Looking forward to booking on again with them later in the year and another European event next year!

  I highly recommend smallboy track bikes I’ve been on loads of days with them know even went to Sepang with them to ride the Moto GP track. What an great experience the bikes are highly maintained you get the experience of having a mechanic, bike, tea & coffee on tap plus the good banter these boys have everything is done for you just turn up and ride. Matt also is a very experienced racer so he can point you in the right direction wether your a beginner or a club racer. Cheers Matt

  I have hired bikes on two occasions from Smallboy bikes and hired the 636.Fantastic bikes and a stress free process.Having the bike on tyre warmers pushed out for you and then having the team waiting for you to come in makes you feel like a Moto GP rider!I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
