Friendly shop with a layout appropriate for good communication. Alot of space to walk around and amazing animal husbandry. The staff are always happy to talk and you will always see the staff performing their animal husbandry be it feeding or decorating tanks. Great stuff for the watch and learn types and also for the vocal learners. Lovely little shop

I just wanted to say I’m so glad this Reptile shop came to New Milton, the staff that are there are all so friendly and welcoming, I have a 10yr old daughter who is animal mad, she loves just to come and see the animals there, the staff always chat to her and even get some of the reptiles out for her to look at, they also know what they are talking about, I have a 5yr old corn snake that has not eaten since February, following their advice today he has finally eaten, so thank you all so much , I would highly recommend a visit.
