This company is a fraud! My ID WAS USED FRAUDULENTLY 5 times TO SEND OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY. I sent over 50 emails for explanation, waited over 4 months no explanation received. If you are registered with this small world money transfer company ask them for you last 10 transactions then you will see what I am taking about! I have sent you my details more then 50 times by email waited over 4 months don’t act your innocent your not your company is a fraud!

YOU WILL REGRET AND WASTE YOUR TIME NORMALLY 7 DAYS TO PAY OR NEVER. do not use them i use them 2 times and every time its trouble. very bad service customer service is rude. they kept asking me for documents which were not even related to them i think there customer service is some where in india and they all steal your data because i dont understand why they need so much paper work, and there 1 hour transfer is a lie as well it takes at least 3 days if every thing is ok. i am sure their employees are stealing personal data other wise why they need to know so much about there customers(there was a data breach on this site and ask me change password which i find out later). i believe bank statement proof of earning and proof of id is enough as all other companies ask for these but these dodgy ppl wants every bit about your life. I sent money since yesterday and still under review. I have been ringing since 9am continuously and non of them is picking up. I only used them because of their rate which I have also introduced to people I know but don't think they are professional as they don't pick call. I might stop using them as well as those I have told about them. The purpose of sending the money is to support a family member who is ill in the hospital and because the funds has not gone through to enable them pay some hospital deposit, the hospital has now refused to commence treatment and I have been calling, calling and calling only for them to drop the call after 15mins of wasted time. They are building their unprofessional reputation already.
