We left our cat Alan with Gemma this year when we went away. I can honestly say Gemma is amazing. She knows all the cats by name and clearly enjoys her job. I was super happy leaving my cat as it was his first time away in a cattery. Gemma put me at ease. Showing me and my daughter round and explaining how it worked. I will definitely be leaving him again there and I was filled with confidence. Collected him today and he had really enjoyed himself. Gemma is kind, caring and a real animal lover. Many Thanks Sarah
