Last year my water mains leaked and got underneath the tiles and wood floor causing major mold and water damage. wreaked total havoc on our kitchen and living room! I found Small Build and they did an incredible job giving us our house back. They did the strip out, the tiles, the kitchen installation, electrics, plumbing, painting, and loads of nice little details…really made the whole thing a lot less stressful! Also, they’re very creative! Last minute solutions to unexpected problems (I.e., building a fun screw activated temporary tap out of bits of copper pipe while we waited for our new one 😂) and cool design ideas…very fun and friendly duo with loads of experience. I’m so happy with how it all turned out and could not recommend them enough! Deon demolished and rebuilt a double garage for us, giving us a water feed out there too. The whole team are really friendly guys who started work promptly and were keen to push through the job. There was good communication throughout. Deon was able to recognise roof improvements that could be made to the plans and organised and fitted an efficient roof truss system which allowed more height inside the garage.
