I was reluctant to buy online as I had been stung by the "A-Z" company in the past, but took a risk with these guys. The customer service was amazing because they triple checked that I had ordered the right battery, which forced me to have another look. Low and behold, I had been searching for the wrong one and needed a much more popular, cheaper one. They promptly refunded the difference and quickly delivered the batteries I needed. Will definitely use again!

Quick responses initially to emails, the batteries never arrived and after being asked to wait 2 weeks for delivery the emails slowed until they stopped altogether. Sadly I had to involve PayPal and get a refund after waiting for c4 weeks. A real shame as I purchase a lot of batteries for work and would have liked to place my business with a small independent company but sadly they fell at the first fence.
