Campsite is in a very picturesque setting and ideal for walking routes. The plots are in a slightly sloped field accessed by a track. We had 48 hours of rain at the start of our stay and the site got very muddy - there's not much they can do about it, just the nature of the site and late April / early May weather. They provided rubber mats for helping cars around. The experience got much better in the sun. Facilities are basic but fine. Freezer and charging points available.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Small Batch campsite that exceeded all of my expectations. The site was clean and well-maintained, making for a great camping experience. The owners of the site were extremely knowledgeable, and were always available to answer any questions or offer advice on the best places to visit in the surrounding area. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the access to the Long Mynd walks. The trails were well-marked and provided stunning views of the surrounding landscapes, offering a great opportunity to get out and explore the area. I can highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained space to pitch their tent. I saw access points for Caravans too.

Excellent grass pitch site nestled in a valley in Little Stretton with loads to do and two superb pubs within a very short walk. Wifi available but tv and mobile phone coverage is not so good due to the surrounding hills. Really helpful owners Oscar and Pam have rubber matting available to place on the ground next to your unit. Toilets and shower very good and clean. Pot washing sinks are located just outside the showers and plenty of space there. Ludlow just down the road is worth visiting and Stokesay castle closer still is amazing Excellent stay at a beautiful site.
