Although I do not play myself, Simon has been teaching my 9 year old son for nearly 2 years now! He is doing fantastically and is working his way through his music medals! Simon has great patience with a tremendous amount of music knowledge! He is brilliant with children and like I say I couldn’t be happier with his service! Should be 10 stars but they only score up to 5.

If you are looking for a patient teacher, then Simon is your man! I am in my fifties and have no previous musical knowledge but with perseverance and a calm attitude Simon has managed to steer me in the right direction and I do feel I am making real progress. It is quite daunting taking up an instrument so late on in life but by being able to take things at my pace has helped enormously.

My experience with Simon is very good. I am self taught and needed some guidance on technique and bit of music theory. He has quickly found out things i need to work on and made lessons enjoyable but also making sure its done the right way or finding a way if something proves quite difficult. Even in a short space of time i feel i have improved, making me feel better about my playing and wanting to learn and do more.
