Excellent service. We had gurgling bath/shower drains when flushing the loo so called out SM Drains. They were good at keeping in touch about arrival time and once they arrived found quite a bad blockage in the main drain which they promptly cleared. Reasonably priced and great service couldn't ask for more. I'd definitely recommend.

Joe and Carl (hope that's spelled correctly 🤦🏻‍♀️) we're great...on time, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They solved the problem and took it on themselves to speak to United Utilities about an issue outside our boundary line. We would definitely use their services again...although hopefully we will never need too!!😂

A brilliant example of efficiency and good workmanship. In addition to flushing the drain thoroughly and checking all was well, the guy checked the pipes with a camera then showed and explained the results to me. We now know what caused the "bubbling crude" or "brown gold" to adorn our path. (Anybody remember the Beverley Hill Billies ?)Excellent communication with customer (and neighbour.) I would happily recommend this guy and SM Drains to anybody. They definitely know their job.

I unfortunately had a drain blockage. I got recommended this company from a friend at work. After calling Paul he reassured me they could help and said he would get a member of his team down to sort the problem out on the same day. A member of their team called Joe called me to give an update on when he would be able to come and he arrived when he had said. He was very professional and friendly and sorted our blockage out. He also told us what to do if something similar occurs again. I would definitely not hesitate to call them again if I have any further issues and I will definitely be recommending them.
