Used them on Amazon. They use yodel as a delivery partner. Yodel have delivered to the wrong address and the seller is now refusing to either refund or resend the item. Wasn’t an expensive item, only £24, but the seller is responsible to ensure what I buy actually reaches me. They’re asking me to tap all my neighbours doors 😂 I’ve text the neighbour WhatsApp group but I don’t work for Yodel so I’m not running around all day on a treasure hunt for some chocolates. Get outta here! Ridiculous company, honestly exhausting to deal with their customer service reps and they’re behaving like I’d go to some extreme lengths to steal a bag of chocolate. Do not use them.
