Great little indie pizza place, everything can be made vegan including an excellent selection of tiramisu! The pizzas were super tasty, service was friendly and relaxed, great atmosphere and the tiramisu was out of this world. So nice to get proper vegan dessert options, not just sorbet! Slow Rise is the best pizza place in Lincoln. Hands down. My partner used to live in Italy and he said it's some of the greatest pizza he's ever eaten! We order Slow Rise way more than is healthy, but it's just so good! We are moving away from Lincoln soon and it's one of the thing we will miss the most. The pizza is fresh, the ingredients are authentic, the staff are so lovely. Also the prices are so reasonable. If you want to eat in, I'd recommend booking as it's small, but they also have delivery and collection. My personal favourite is the truffle mushroom pizza, but the specials are always so appealing I struggle to ever get it! Highly, highly recommended!
