Rooms: Rooms are kept in good order by the housekeeping staff and have what you would expect Nearby activities: So much around and nearby. Top of town market which is not like it used to be, but under the circumstances is ok. Freshney place shopping arcade has a huge selection of stores. Walkability: Within easy reach of most facilities Food & drinks: Breakfast is second to none, buffet style. Evening menu reasonably good selection. Drinks have various choices. All above at reasonable prices as it is a hotel. Noteworthy details: A very pleasant welcome is given, followed by excellent customer service in ALL departments from housekeeping, bar service, table service, reception and maintenance.

Had a pleasant stay , I was sceptical about staying here looking at the outside of the building. I would stay again because it's the perfect location due to being near to town and everything you need . Staff are nice enough but lacking in smiles except the man that serves breakfast, very chatty and polite, I didn't catch his name but he looked similar to penfold off danger mouse .
