I ask for help for a refugee who help me for a number of years in the notorious moria camp on lesvos, he now finds himself on the list for Rwanda and he needs basically some moral support and a friendly face, I've helped and still helping thousands of refugees and I work seven days a week for the past eight years in lesvos and for me personally I think its disgusting that when you ask for help all you get is a automated message and nothing else

The manager closed the door in my face after refusing to help me at Monday 16/5/2022 My papers were from the council they have in the office and they must be delivered this week. There is a deadline for the papers at 17/5/2022 after this date tribunal. When I called ask them for Complaints email. the manager threatened me not to call them and that he would call the police. Why is a refugee threatening when they call the refugee office and my papers have been stuck with them since last Wednesday 11/5/2022. and after time later they sent an email so that if I file a complaint they get themselves out of the matter.
