Was offered a taster session on a walk in visit for 3 people, paid and signed the waiver then briefed on safety etc to only then find out that it is one wall to share! When I questioned why this was not explained to us the guy tried putting the blame on me by saying we are over booked and giving you a wall each is not fair on others, then within the same sentence he said if you want a wall each pay us £10 more where it was confusing because he just said he was over booked. When he saw that we weren’t happy that I wasn’t happy he gave us another wall so I was only able to go with one child at a time which is not what the kids wanted, and one person always sat out so why did we pay for 3
