Really helpful, knowledgeable and great quality bathrooms. Mandeep is quiet and not overly friendly and seems very busy but knows her stuff and always really helpful and went out of her way to find what I was looking for. Just ask for help! I think looking at these reviews, most people haven't given the place a chance. Prices are all unbeatable. We regret buying a couple of other items elsewhere because the quality doesn't come close to the items we bought from here. We have three new bathrooms and most items were purchased from here, no regrets!Everything arrived within a few days. Nothing damaged and when I had a question re the toilet seat they were happy to help and answer all questions when I called. When I questioned the returns policy(during purchase) , she did say that any damages need to be communicated within 24hrs. All in all.. Happy customer. Thank you so much Mandeep.

**AVOID*** Just like Nav below. Went in there asking for some assistance for something unrelated to bathroom - some assistance with cctv - the two people behind the counter were both totally rude and unhelpful. Was told to speak to manager on Monday, however unknown to them I suspected I'd been palmed-off so I checked them on Companies House - CANARY ENTERPRISE LTD - turns out the persons in there were actually the owners!! Absolutely unforgivable....! I would hate to think what they think of YOU, the customers, when you walk out the door, and god-forbid you have reason to go back after buying from them. Karma has its place in this world....I most definitely wish it upon these two. I will repeat this now on their Linked-In.

Really rude staff. I don’t know why people are leaving good reviews they must be trade people that are in the company. Quick to sell you stuff but when it comes to dealing with faulty products or even returning an untouched unused product they lie about reasons for not returning. Won’t uphold the fact in this country you can return a product in 28 days. I went to swap a unopened product for a more expensive version and they told me it’s policy not to return stuff and I’d have to buy the other product on top as the shop doesn’t do returns.
