Disappointing Experience. Won a lot and paid promptly and called to let them know I would go to collect. They told me the item was ready to collect and payment had been received. Went to collect and was given the item without a frame.... I told them that this was incorrect as the item was meant to have a frame. No apology and they told me to come back 4 days later... Very odd to have to be the one to tell them what it should come with. I called on the Tuesday and lo and behold the item isn't ready until Thursday. Finally when the item was collected on the Thursday there are three young staff eating takeaway on the table - with the sauces splayed out on the table near the antiques and art. When I unwrapped the item at home I can see that when the item was reframed they have just stuck sticky tape on the back. What's more they've damaged the frame in the process.
