Stayed here for a night as my flat has worked going on so unable to stay over. Very prime location near Sloene Square tube station. The room itself is okay and has a mini bar where I drank a few things from as the hotel does not have any facilities on site for food nor drink. The down side for me is the size of the bathroom, the shower was so tiny and the shower water is not hot enough. It's good enough just for one night sleep. The staff was friendly and the check in was swift, hassle free.

Positives: Very helpful, kind and polite staff! Good wifi. Very good location with good traffic accesibility. Nice and comfortable lounge. Everything WORKED WELL in the room and in the bathroom. Interesting elevator/library. Negatives: A few things (carpet, windows, ..) were worn. Boring breakfasts, exactly the same for three days. Lounge is not available in the afternoon and in the evening. Neighbours and walk-byers are well heard in the room.

Paying well over £300 per night. I cannot fathom the fact that the mattresses were so old and lumpy. It literally had huge bumps and dips in it - that’s not acceptable. The carpets were dirty and the rooms are not well soundproofed - I could hear my neighbour's TV very clearly. These are basic things you don't expect when paying these prices. Also, the beds are TINY! Not big enough for two people. Be warned.
