Friendly and efficient service. Claire at reception is outstanding. Super organised, responds promptly, follows up and goes out of her way to make sure reports and prescriptions are received on time. Dr. Pao and Dr. O'Regan give you time and listen and explore all treatments while making sure you are comfortable with the way forward. We would be lost without their help and guidance.

I have been going to the Sloane Medical Practice for over 20 years. I continue to be impressed by all the GPs there; I see Dr Mclver mostly but the other doctors are just as fantastic. They have a great bedside manner, are thoroughly knowledgeable, always available at short notice and have managed to help me get through the numerous illnesses I have had to endure. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

What an actual joke of a testing clinic. It’s overpriced and they don’t even conduct lateral flow tests. Not to mention the form of pcr they offer while quick to conduct the examination the results are slow with the clinic unreliable. I had to fly and they made me miss my flight often not answering my calls or responding with some vague description or diversion to another defunct phone number or one which had some nannering drone confused and offended that I would call and question the speed of my results.

Goodness, charged over £850 for a single consulation & blood tests. In the same consultation, & without any results from the blood tests in, a referral to a Harley Street consultant based on a diagnosis made -with the aid of google, for which, according to google at least, I did not have the main symptom. Turned out to be very expensive blood tests as needles to say, I did not follow up on the referral. I have now been accurately diagnosed with something completely unrelated to that initial diagnosis, this second diagnosis based on data from more relevant blood tests. Also, when a private doctor is charging the rates they are, spends an hour with you, circa half of which is them personally fumbling with taking blood samples and ending with a laughable and inaccurate diagnosis and the prospect of more medical fees, it''s difficult to see how the priority of that consultation is actually healthcare.

I went to the Sloane medical practice in order to get a Covid-19 swab test for my upcoming travel. All doctors and staff were very professional, helpful and supportive. The swab procedure lasted for a few seconds and it was not painful at all. My test results came within a day. Lovely staff and amazing service!!
