Horrible service - I’ve left my coat for dry cleaning and upon pick-up I was not given the belt of the coat. As soon as I realised, I went back to the shop and informed the employees - they pretended to look for my belt and told me to come back in 2 days when they have a more thorough look. When I came back for the belt, they gave me a belt they made with a cheap fabric which looks nothing like the belt I lost. In addition to this, the shirts I left had small holes in them. NEVER coming back. Services: Ironing, Laundry wash & fold

Horrendous customer service - so rude and dismissive.They ruined my £1700 jacket and took 3 months claiming they would fix it. (After they dry cleaned it the jacket was burnt, they shredded the suede button beyond repair and melted the glue elsewhere in the seams, and dark spots around the waist area appeared). They told me to take them to court to get any compensation. Really disappointed after having paid for this service and not given any refund. Would never recommend anything of value here as they just say it’s at your own risk and couldn’t care less. Terrible.

For quality of work these guys are good. However when I arrived in the morning (with my baby) to pick up the dress I had altered they sent me away saying they were cash only. The guy specifically told me when I asked to pay with card that they they only accepted cash. I then phoned later to enquire about this and was told they accepted card. so I had to gather up my baby once again to make the trip to go pick up this dress. I was then charged £120 for the dress to be taken in a bit and the hem taken up. I don’t care how “big” they said the job was. I feel as if I was first of all lied to and then taken advantage of price wise. Honestly I feel as if I was better off buying a brand new dress! Make sure you compare prices in the area before using this business because they are at least 50% more expensive than others. Service: Alterations

Worst experience and service of my life. They DESTROYED my curtains, shrunk it, stank of my dogs pee still, destroyed the stitches. Came back creased. Tried to understand what was going on and they said there’s nothing wrong with them when they do not touch my floor anymore because they have completely shrunk. Not even an apology. That’s service for you.
