Firstly I tried contacting them for 3 days for hours which they eventually told me to come in when it opens at 8 am, I was there 5 minutes and was only given a phone call appointment. Secondly when I tried to get a second appointment at 8 am after travelling I got told there was no appointments left not even a phone call for that day and there wasn’t anyway I could book in advance so I’m stuck here stranded. Poor service and receptionist was rude on both occasions

Phoning for an appointment they simply hang up on you if there are too many people in front of you in the queue. So you have to phone at 8am again and again.

This morning I visited this excellent practice they have been my doctors for over 50 years and have looked after my family for over that time the doctors are very kind and understanding and always have time to give excellent advice and care receptionists are always very pleasant and so helpful as are the nurses this excellent practice provides the same care help kindness and sound medical advice that it did 50 years ago

My child is registered at this doctors and has been for just over a year now. Not too sure whether it's because she is a child, but I have never had an issue (even been squeezed in for an appointment when there wasnt any). Everybody seems nice and friendly. They have been very helpful with my child's needs. Every doctor and nurse we've seen so far have all been very nice.

The worst GP in Sheffield , I have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism. The staff are appalling and useless. I’ve rang in numerous time and they refuse to see me I’ve asked to speak to speak to the manger ‘rose ‘ who is more useless then the receptionist.

Absolutely disgusting the receptionist Joanna is rude and unprofessional Also I have rang multiple times in a day and begged for a doctor to ring me as I am asthmatic and have been struggling to breathe . Will be moving GP and would recommend eveyone to stay away !!

Did not want to give any star. but I had to, to proceed. Practice Manager very rude, Dismissive and insulting. Accused me several times of always using my Mental Health as an excuse. I wish we could change places then he would know how difficult it is and may treat patients with mental health issues, with respect and empathy. Appalling behaviour and manner from a place that should be helping and caring for Patients not making their health worse. Do not register with this medical centre, Avoid like the plague!!!
