So disappointing. They have refused to pay for any structural foundation problems. It seems the engineer associated with the previous building manager deemed these cracks to be serious enough to covered whereas Sloane's engineer calls them "hairline" without ever having visited the flat while the walls were exposed. It's a pleasure dealing with Sloan and that's half the battle when it comes to being successful as a residential managing agent. They have a lovely central London portfolio (very strong in Paddington), friendly and competent property managers and they choose their suppliers carefully. There is a useful section on their website called Help and Advice. Should be expanded on in my opinion.
