Brilliant little publishing house which can be relied upon to uncover many forgotton gems. I have been a subscriber to the quarterly review magazine for a while now and the standard of writing in it is first class. On a number of occasions it has inspired me to go back to works which I read many years ago and get fresh enjoyment. The podcast episodes are also very interesting; they are well produced and knock spots off alternatives like the BBC's 'Open Book' programme. Great for lockdown times and beyond too!

Please note that this listing is for the publishing offices of Slightly Foxed Ltd and, while you can buy books and subscriptions in person here, we are not a bookshop in the traditional sense. We are always delighted to meet readers and you’re most welcome during office hours but please call ahead. Occasionally we have events that take us all out of the office, and we have regular large deliveries of books from Smith Settle (that make much of the office temporarily impassable!) so do let us know if you’re planning to visit and we’ll ensure a clear path to the bookshelves, the sofa and the kettle.
