    Do not buy from them they are a scam company. I have ordered from Amazon, never got the order, they are refusing to do the refund. They have contacted me on my private number asking me to close the case and after they will do the refund I said to write this on Amazon and to don't call me. Avoid any cost.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased sofas via Wowcher, terrible quality,I contacted them the same day they arrived to advise I wanted to return them as per UK consumer rights law. The sofas were returned in same packaging, and condition as received and we also sent pictures, video and confirmation from our delivery drivers of the return however they are still refusing to give me a refund. I will be proceeding to small claims court against both Sliding Wardrobes 4u and Wowcher.

    Purchased a wardrobe via Wowcha, March 2023, no problem so far, process was quick and seamless for me. Delivery 5* arrived a day early and I was also contacted to confirm my availabilty in adance by phone and text. No issues, except some glue on one of the sliding door. Also the Wowcha advert stated there was a discount - but I knew it wasn't, the price I paid was the approximate price for the wardrobe - so that is why its not a 5 star.

    I bought a sofa from Wowcher, which has not been delivered when organised. I wish I had seen these reviews, the company are not responding to my emails, telephone calls or Whatsapp messages to find out what is happening. I would avoid this company at all costs.

    Wouldn’t recommend slidingwardrobes4u. Wardrobe was delivered with missing parts, company promised to send out the parts but did not. I had to buy similar woods from B&Q which the handyman re-hole and used. I received no compensation for the missing parts and stress caused. I should have checked their reviews online before purchasing from them as I now saw that they have a history of misleading customers so purchase from them at your own risk. After all the stress and extra money spent on missing parts and handyman call out second time It’s a beautiful wardrobe, full picture below. Also I paid for brand new wardrobe but what I got looked used as the screw holes were chipped.
