Disappointed by something so simple ! After having more sliding wardrobes fitted by a local man I realised how disappointed I am about my Sliderobes they don’t have soft close so every time you shut them they spring back. I phoned to ask if they did soft close as an e tea maybe but the lady said they didn’t do it . They were double the price but half the quality !

Incredibly disappointed with the attitude and customer care given by Sliderobes Aylesford. After a disappointing initial installation, and equally disappointing follow up correction appointment, my husband and I were still not happy with the quality of the interiors of the wardrobes. The doors were excellent which highlighted the poor manufacturing quality of the interiors even more. After attempting to resolve the situation, Sliderobes Aylesford simply washed their hands of our concerns, as it turned out they had been paid by the finance company already so had no reason to continue to try and help us! Please be careful, do not sign ANY financial documents until you are happy with the installation. Ensure you are aware that they do not manufacture the majority of the interiors, it is purchase from a company in Essex. After installation do not sign any documents until you have carefully inspected everything. I found most panels had damage or marks of some form and varying degrees. I cannot use any other word apart from disappointed. After committing financially over ÂŁ5,500 I expected excellent customer service and an excellent product. This was not delivered and we have been left with a substandard product. Proceed with caution.
