Great location, seating upstairs and downstairs, no customer lift, busy, complimentary Turkish tea, okay food quality, budget prices, okay value for money, poor toilet hygiene, poor customer service that really let's this restaurant down when it gets busy, not enough condiments for all tables when restaurant is busy, some of the glasses were chipped or dirty, recommended only if you want a cheap meal for one or two persons, go somewhere else if you want a special occasion meal for a larger group. This restaurant could be so much better. Best to avoid when it's busy. There are other businesses nearby that value their customers so much better. I suspect the owner/ manager is happy as long as the business is profitable and not so concerned about customer service or customer experience. You pay for what you get. Budget prices = okay food in a high turnover eatery.

It's not clearly displayed that you need to order your food at the main cashier pay first before you sit. Also no decent waiter service to ask you if you need to order anything more have to rejoin queue again. Some descriptions of meze unclear food was cold. Whatever little working staff there were polite.grilled meat reasonably tasty and well cooked.prices very reasonable good value for money. Decent portion size. Wouldn't go on bank holidays couldn't choose where you wanted to sit.atmosphere reasonably friendly for families. Don't get a chance to ask what some descriptions of food sold meant.

This is the second time i came here. They offer complimentary lentils soup before a meal and then kahva tea after a meal. They’re quite affordable and always house full. I rate the taste 4/5. Overall a nice experience.
