For stays of 7 nights or more, we require a 28-day notice for cancellations, and there is a 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than 28 days before the check-in date.

We do not charge any additional fees or charges, except for early or late check-in/check-out requests, which are subject to availability and additional fees. We also require a security deposit of £100, which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
