I have used Tim for many years and have always found his work of good quality. Tim is extremely professional and has excellent customer service. The most recent job involved moving data sockets and running cables a long route back to server cabinet. Although it was challenging, Tim completed the job in good time and to a high standard. Tim has a huge knowledge base and is very often my go to person for work outside of the security field. I highly recommend.

After two months of waiting around after we gave the go-ahead for our project we will look for someone else to install it. None-responsive over email and all I got over the phone was "Oh did they not get in contact with you?" three times. Two months wasted. If you're reading this and in need of a project doing, please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Sleeptight security installed a new alarm system in our new house - Tim was friendly, knowledgeable and advised on most appropriate system for our house. The alarm panel needed to be installed away from the power supply, Tim made sure that this was done neatly and we're really happy with how it looks. He also took the time to explain the system to us properly. This is actually the second time that we've used Sleeptight security - Tim installed the alarm in our last house as well and we were so impressed the first time, they were the only people that we had out to quote when we moved.
