    Great bed BUT… I was advised the delivery slot was 0800-1100. On the day of delivery I waited in until 1130 and the bed hadn’t arrived. I tried calling Zenith Delivery Network which was the company which had provided the information regarding the delivery (although this was only via text message with no contact details provided so I had to get the number from an online search). The automated message said it was a number for the Bed Warehouse or something similar and after waiting for an answer for half an hour, I gave up. We had to leave the house at 1130 and my partner then spent over half an hour waiting on the phone for an answer from Sleep Beds (a different number to the one I’d tried) to no avail. I started looking at reviews (the majority of which were bad stating that often deliveries weren’t made and people couldn’t get their money back if they missed them), panicked and sent an email at around 1200 saying the bed hadn’t been delivered and I wanted a refund. At 1430 I got a call from a mobile number from a guy saying he was the delivery driver. Luckily we’d left the gate to our garden open and they put the bed in the garden for us. I never received a reply to the email I sent though (even though the delivery did eventually happen). If we hadn’t have left the gate open or the weather had been bad the delivery couldn’t have happened. There’s no organisation and no easy way of contacting the company which appears to be trading with different names, something which always rings alarm bells to me. In the end it turned out ok and the bed is great but I wouldn't order from them again!
