    Fantastic! I suffered for a long time with shooting shoulder pains, neck pains and immobility to the point of hindering normal tasks, never mind intense training. I could not straighten my arms above my head when I arrived! After being given an in depth interview about all my injuries and issues, given treatment on the day and provided with some exercises to do at home; I can now straighten my arms above my head. This hasn't been possible in almost a year, I can't stress how much I value this. I will be continuing to see Shelby about my many other broken bits and bobs, I can't recommend her enough.
