I called him to arrange an EICR. He said he would call back, I had to call him again. We arranged a date in the following week. I called him the previous day to confirm the appointment, and he told me that he is in Kent and he cannot do it. We rearranged for the next week on Tuesday at noon. I called him on Monday and he told me that "we said Wednesday", but anyway he would do it. he called the tenant 13:00 pm on Tuesday and he said that he was looking to park in the city centre. At 15:30 he was nowhere to be found, he would not return calls and messages. Overall, elementary school excuses, absent professionalism.

Excellent Company, Lewis is excellent at customer service and really helped me to understand the works involved and what exactly it was they were going to do. They completed the works very quickly and to an excellent standard. The price was a lot more reasonable than I was expecting for the work carried out. I would definitely recommend this customer to anyone needing any electrical or building works done.
