  Can’t recommend highly enough! Where to even begin?! Slawa is a gem and we’re so pleased we found her - one look at her candid photography style and we were sold! Little did we know just how lucky we were. She explained exactly how things would go from her end and what she needed from us so we had a realistic schedule to work to. From start to finish, Slawa and Emil captured all our precious moments to create ever-lasting memories. They delivered the beautiful vibrant colours of a traditional Hindu ceremony and also the evening reception even better than we’d hoped for. Slawa not only brings her incredible talent but also brings her infectious personality. She was so fun to work with and there was never a moment where we weren’t smiling or laughing. As someone who feels shy in front of a camera, Slawa managed to make us feel so comfortable throughout the whole day. We quickly bonded over our love of animals as my dog was at the wedding. You definitely get the best with Slawa - she isn’t afraid to get down on the floor to get the perfect shot! Thank you Slawa and Emil!

  Slawa was incredible from the start. We used Slawa for our Hindu and Civil ceremonies. She was absolutely amazing for both ceremonies and captured our special days in the most beautiful way. She was always at the end of the phone if we needed her, no matter what questions we had she always got back to us. She was honest and helpful with everything and very professional, we had so much fun with Slawa and no matter how hectic the day got Slawa was there capturing every moment.   We chose Slawa as our wedding photographer due to her bright and natural style and suffice to say she exceeded our expectations for our wedding in June 2021. We had a lengthy Hindu Iyer ceremony (~5hrs), registry wedding and reception on the same day - Slawa and her colleague Emil were working almost non-stop for 14hrs. Despite this they took amazing photos capturing everything we wanted to capture about the day. My husband and I are awful at being photographed but we were made to feel at ease and that comes out in the photos - Slawa worked quite hard to make us smile, laugh .etc! We are also thrilled at the wonderful candid shots taken of our guests, as well as the formal group portraits. We were well forewarned of the wait for the final set of pictures and albums (especially in the context of pandemic) but got a smaller preview batch very quickly. We love the end result so much we have taken to carrying the album around with us on visits to friends and family so we can show it off! Thank you Slawa again for all your hard work. We are looking forward to the next occasion we can enlist your services for again!

  Would 1000% recommend! I had been following Slawa since I came across her website a few years ago and always knew she was the photographer I wanted for our wedding. Looking through her photos, it was clear that she had a real eye for capturing events in the most beautiful but also natural way. Slawa was friendly, approachable and accommodating throughout. She impressed me with her in-depth knowledge of the Hindu ceremony, highlighting the key moments that she wanted to capture. She was hugely positive and encouraging on the day, calming my nerves when things were running slightly behind schedule. My husband and I are by no means used to being in front of the camera, but we quickly and easily felt so comfortable with Slawa! I also have to commend her ability to successfully coordinate my 30+ member family for a group photo ensuring that every face was clearly visible! The photos Slawa and her assistant Emil produced were absolutely stunning and 6 months later I am still looking at them on a weekly basis. Slawa, thank you for capturing the essence of our day in the most beautiful photos we could have asked for!

  Slawa is an absolutely brilliant photographer and we are so thankful for the job she did. Her personality is a real force of nature and it helped to put us (two people who are usually awkward in front a camera) at ease, while she has a great vision for taking the kind of natural pictures which encapsulate the joy of the day. We had an engagement shoot with her a month before the wedding which helped us to get used to her style. The pictures were so good that we used them on the welcome sign. Slawa was also helpful with running through the prospective schedule for the day, helping to iron out any issues with her experience and knowledge of many weddings. On the day itself she was brilliant, always looking for the best angles to get her shots. She even managed to do a couple shoot with my parents (which they are very grateful for) and also pulled us over when the light was perfect for a golden hour shoot, which turned out amazing. Many of our guests have remarked on how she captured many candid moments, with people full of happiness rather than focusing on purely staged pics. We would highly recommend Slawa to anyone looking for a wedding photographer and hope to see her again at future friends' and family's weddings.   Having consulted a number of photographers with experience in Hindu wedding photography, my wife and I were overjoyed with discovering Slawa! First and foremost, she was an excellent communicator. Very easy to get in touch with and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. My wife and I are particularly camera-shy and there was no pressure to do things her way, she allowed us to do things our way and supported us when we needed it! She was very flexible, especially given the pandemic with constant uncertainty and changes to plans. She was incredibly kind, friendly and made everyone feel very welcome. Her style was relaxed and non-intrusive and her personal touches were very warm and she even had our beautiful album made aboard, shipped over to the UK and threw in some lovely sweet treats, which was quite the surprise! Importantly, she was excellent value compared to a number of other quotes we had received. Everything was perfect. We have to say that Slawa exceeded everything we could have ever hoped for in a wedding photographer and we can't wait for her to photograph our reception once the pandemic allows us to. We shall certainly be recommending her to our friends and family! Keep up the amazing work and thanks again for making our day even more amazing and memorable!
