Excellent service from Imogen She measured my husband and brought out a selection of suits in his size. The trousers were too big but this was no problem as they offer a free alteration service. Imogen then helped choosing the right size/style shirt for him. So nice to have the personal service when you’re faced with a huge selection and aren’t sure where to start. Shows that customer service does still exist in some shops. Will definitely be going back there whenever my husband needs clothes.

He sorted out a suit that is a perfect fit, a waistcoat that really liked and the right style of shirt I needed. He offered great advice and was very good natured. Absolutely no complaints.
