This is the 1st time I've been in slaters. The staff are very friendly & polite . They are very experienced in their job . I went in for a suit & the salesman practically knew my size just by looking at me . The service was excellent & only in the store for about 10 minutes . I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a new suit . I will definitely go & shop there again

Hired 2x Full Kilt attire for my father and best man at my wedding. The intention was to match the tartan as closely as possible to my bought but less-available Mitchell-Modern tartan. They did an excellent job of matching all the bits and pieces with the exception of the tartan itself. I believe this was due to a communication error of passing on the request from me, to my father, then brother, before reaching slaters staff, whereby they matched the tartan to the Mitchell-ancient. To be fair, they matched it to that tartan very well. The price was also right, and they helped to ensure the sizing of each person was correct, and accommodated a last minute size change as my father had come in from overseas just days before the wedding/ hire date.
