I had mucky stains from my dog on my camel coloured wool coat and the dry cleaners did an excellent job of getting the stains removed.Only criticism would be of the slightly steep price and that a button came off after the dry clean.

I moved to Brum in 1982, and have been using this launderette for 40 years! Great service wash, towels and linen always neatly folded. Must be 5 stars, or I wouldn't keep coming back

Slade road launderette provides a wonderful service to the Slade road local community. There are other launderettes situated around the Borough of Erdington, almost equidistant from my residence but I prefer to go to Slade road launderette. I made my choice after going to other launderettes and realised how under par their services were compared to Slade road launderette. They have just recently upgraded their machines to brand new ones with much better performance (both washers and dryers). This, in my opinion, shows that the management puts customer satisfaction before profits. You have the choice to select self-service wash or service wash. I usually select the former if I wanna sit around and have a chat and laugh with the staff; that's who they are - very friendly and approachable. If I'm in a rush, I opt for a service wash and quite frankly, the difference financially is unnoticeable; it's quite affordable. Another good thing about the management is maintaining their prices despite installing brand new machines. Prices range from: Washing - £4.50 - £8 from small to large loads, Spinning is £0.50 per load ( which you don't have to do if you used the recent machines for washing) and Drying is £1 for 10 minutes. (I stand corrected) They accept card and cash payments. Also, you never have to worry about having coins to do your self-service wash, just make your payment and the friendly staff will operate the machines for you because they are operator-controlled machines. I highly recommend Slade road launderette to anyone living around the Erdington area or even beyond.
