Very poor service from Skypax (AKA DG Parcel). They packed my battery very badly (UK to USA), and when it arrived damaged refused my insurance claim. I had to chargeback for the delivery fee. Highly recommend you find someone else to handle your parcels.

I switched to this company, biggest mistake ever! I switched to this company from AdressPal, as they had cheaper rates and the possibility to merge packages, which is a very welcomed feature and welcomed for me as a professional Amazon Vine reviewer. This was the biggest mistake I could have done as the company is not only unreliable in processing packages but now also refuses to ship my items without extra payments. Despite their used couriers have no restrictions for standard lithium-ion batteries and me telling them to ship it and I will just pay the costs this time, they now have gone dark and continue to hold items with quite some value. I call this theft and we have started now to file complaints with the UK Ombudsman and other institutions.

The customer support was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, at least for my request, I had to use the concierge service because it didn’t work otherwise. This led to the total cost, including the high and, until the point of no return, hidden shipping and customs charges, being super high. However, the shipment from the U.S. arrived safe and sound and now that I know how much to expect, I can better evaluate if it’s worth commissioning Skypax or not. For those of you, who are looking for concrete numbers, the product’s value was 150$ and I paid the same amount plus ~20$ for everything else.
