if there was zero star i would give that!! called for cab and was told 5-10 minutes, a minute later received a dispatched text for my taxi. after waiting 20 minutes, i called skyline and was directed to their automated service which was telling me my taxi will arrive in 4 minutes. 10 minutes pass, i call to enquir why is the taxi has not arrived as its been 30 minutes and the operater (lady) was rude to begin with, telling me 5-10 is a rough estimate and wanted to know if i wanted to cancel the taxi? i said no as she told me the taxi is 4 minutes away, then suddenly she said the driver has cancled the job on route so i have to wait till they find another driver. after 10 minutes a driver calls me to ask if i require a taxi, i said no as i was half way home, my friend book me BOLT, was there in 3 mins. Skyline more like skysh1t!! never use them again!!1
