I rang them up needing an urgent pick up to take me to the care home to see my grandfather before he passed away. The driver didn't turn up in time and he died. I rang them up and said hey, really sorry but i don't need the taxi now as he has passed away, can i cancel, the driver still not being here, the man on the phone wanted me to pay a cancellations fee! I said what do you mean? Your driver isnt here in the time you said and my grandfather just passed away without me there because of it. He nagged on about me paying a fee, i said i don't even have the money, my father who is at the care home has it so he got really annoyed and hang up on me! I understand the rules of the cancellations fee but under the circumstances i am in, this behaviour is unacceptable!! Will never use this service again and i will never reccomend it to anyone either. Disgusting.

Do not use this company! Pre-booked a taxi (well in advance with confirmation) which never arrived, rang to find out where it was, employee was less than unhelpful and didn't try and solve the issue. They left us without transport that was suppose to of been assigned to one of their drivers weeks previous. Further to that after writing to complain had no reply. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

If I could, this company would get minus stars. My friends and I booked a mini bus far in advance with a confirmed email of prices. The mini bus never turned up and they lied saying that we had to put down a deposit even though we had the confirmation!! we had to use another company last minute as we had an event to get to! Ridiculous. Use another company!

NEVER USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN!! We booked (well in advance) a mini bus for me and and friends to go to an event, only for the cab not to arrive. Their office basically forgot to assign a driver. But gave me bull about not paying a deposit. I had a confirmation email, with a quoted price, saying a driver had been assigned. We had to use another company last minute at a greater cost. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
