(Translated by Google) I did not receive the original CCPQ-42 rivets I ordered from Rans, instead I was sent cheap aviation rivets CCP-42, which I would have gotten in Germany for 1/6th the price. Insight is useless, since Skycraft simply lacks the basic knowledge. It's your own fault if you order here. (Original) Nicht die bestellten Original-Nieten CCPQ-42 von Rans erhalten, stattdessen wurden mir Billig-Luftfahrtnieten CCP-42 zugesandt, die ich in Deutschland für 1/6tel des Preises bekommen hätte. Einsicht zwecklos, da bei Skycraft einfach die Nietenkenntnisse fehlen. Wer hier bestellt ist selbst schuld.

deart with them on 2016. Paid for some tubing plus delivery that was not delivered to my address and they never helped me to track it down. I lost some money there. my order number was FS56ET90003707. Did not go to the citizen advice bureau then but maybe doing now as I got free time.

The team at skycraft recovered my aircraft after an engine out the very next day they then delt with the insurance company on my behalf. Sometimes I couldn't get hold of them but I now realise this was down to me not reading the published opening times .The out come could have been better for me as the engine was scrap .I think skycraft treated me fairly and tried to help me out where they could . I've delt with many companies in my 30 years flying some i wouldnt use again some i would.....skycraft is one i would use again..I hope my review helps potential customers

Fantastic service, i had dealings with Lassi and he was very communicative with me and kept me up to date on changes of all situations prior to me getting to their premises. When i went to collect my fuselage he helped me work on it and load it for transport home. Many thanks and great work Lassi.
